I took J to the Elvington Air Museum one Saturday morning. This is J with the museum's Victor K2, "Lusty Lindy".

The museum is based at the former WWII Bomber Command Station of RAF Elvington.

Here's J inside hangar 17, the Canadian Memorial Hangar. Not pictured here (I didn't get a picture of it unforts), but the main attraction in this hangar, is the huge Handley Page Halifax bomber.

This is J flying a bomber.

More flying of bombers. J's really into aircraft at the moment, so he really enjoyed this Saturday morning out.

These next two pictures show J with the museum's replica of a Spitfire Mark 1a.

This is J looking at the WWII Air Gunners' display, which is a memorial to the 20,000 air gunners who lost their lives during the war.
